A user acquisition campaign for Eden, the personal AI assistant on WhatsApp. We start broad to build user count ahead of the seed round, learn fast in 2-day cycles, and narrow towards the ideal customer as the data comes in.
| Prepared for | Eden |
| Engagement | Paid acquisition campaign with UGC and creatives |
| Primary outcome | 2,000 more users, from today’s 2,000 |
| Test run | 9–10 days, USD 500 ad budget |
| Service fee | USD 500, all UGC and creatives included |
| Date | 29 October 2026 |
Eden is about six weeks into its WhatsApp-first direction, with 2,000 users and some organic word of mouth. Only 10–15% of users are expected to have the hardware, so the chat experience has to carry acquisition. The near-term goal is 2,000 more users, which also strengthens the case for the seed round. The plan for November is to acquire a broad, varied base first, then narrow to the ideal customer profile.
One family driver uses Eden like a chief of staff: groceries, vendors, a car purchase, family logistics.
Power users like him are “fixers”, often not internet-native, who get things done for the people around them. That persona overlaps strongly with Eden’s value, so the creative leads with real fixer tasks rather than AI features.
| Scenario | Approach | Expected CAC |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Broad mass UGCRecommended start | High-volume UGC ads with broad targeting. Lower targeting precision, but the fastest way to build user count. | Rs 35–40 |
| 2. Targeted lookalikes | Lookalike audiences such as frequent travellers and high-value shoppers. Fewer, closer-to-ICP users. | ~Rs 100 (~USD 1) |
CAC figures are working estimates from our discussion, not guarantees. The test run will show the real numbers.
Broad first builds the user count that underwrites the seed round. Lookalikes follow once we know who converts.
We will adapt the ICP and use-case document and creative assets Eden shares, alongside new UGC we produce.
A 9–10 day run gives us five 2-day revision cycles, against two and a half in a 7-day week. If speed matters more, about 70% directional confidence is possible in 7 days.
| Phase | Work | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Signal | Aggressive spend with broad rules to gather signal quickly across creatives and audiences. | Days 1–2 |
| Iterate | Revise creatives, hooks, and targeting every two days based on CAC and signup quality. | Days 3–10 |
| Read-out | Results, what worked, and a recommendation on scaling and on moving to lookalikes. | End of run |
The referral idea (not live yet): invite links that credit Eden Spend for every signup. We suggest Rs 10 per signup rather than Rs 5, as Rs 10 is the psychological floor for a reward that feels worth sharing.
KaChing, a crypto-via-UPI startup, built a 220K waitlist with invite links distributed by KOLs and token rewards.
Creative samples and the details of our loan sanction letter campaign are shared alongside this proposal.
* The USD 500 service fee is payable before the campaign starts, exclusive of applicable taxes. Ad spend is separate from the service fee and is paid by Eden directly to the ad platforms.
On approval, we will take Eden’s ICP and use-case document, produce the first UGC set, and launch the 9–10 day test.
